Dr. Richard Abercrombie brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to Carlsbad. At Abercrombie Wellness Clinic, we believe in providing holistic health care. We view our patients as complete, complex people, made of a variety of interrelated systems. We know that lasting health treatment starts with attacking issues at their cause, rather than simply treating the presenting symptoms.

We provide treatment for a number of health issues, including back pain, headaches, neck pain, muscular tension, whiplash, auto accident, work accident injuries, and more. We also provide prenatal care and pediatric chiropractic care. In addition to traditional chiropractic services, we also provide corrective exercises for our patients who struggle with old injuries that tend to act up, or muscle imbalances caused by repetitive motions of daily living (such as picking up children or spending long hours sitting at a desk).
