ADJUSTMENTS

A chiropractic adjustment is a common method to treat back pain and neck pain and involves the chiropractor applying thrusts of varying speed and forces to spinal joints that are causing dysfunction and related pain.

The modern scientific explanation is that needling the acupuncture points stimulates the nervous system to release chemicals in the muscles, spinal cord, and brain.

A therapy used to manage acute and chronic pain. It decreases pain by applying electrodes to your body over painful areas. The intensity of the electricity will be adjusted to block the painful signals traveling from your body to your brain.

INSTRUMENT ASSISTED SOFT TISSUE MOBILIZATION (IASTM)

Our unique technique and instruments enable the treatment of scar tissue and fascial restrictions during rehabilitation that allows for faster rehabilitation and with greater success when the goal is restoring range of motion, eliminating pain, and restoring normal function.

TRACTION

A relaxing therapy also known as intersegmental traction. This traction provides muscle spasm relief, induces motion in the spine, and provides a relaxing, gentle massage of the entire spine.

ULTRASOUND

Ultrasound is applied using an applicator that is in direct contact with the patient's skin. Gel is used to assist transmission of the ultrasonic waves. Therapeutic ultrasound is absorbed primarily by connective tissue.

KINESIO TAPING

When RockTape is applied to the skin, it has a microscopic lifting effect underneath the skin and between the many layers. This allows the by-products created by inflammation to be removed more quickly.
