Here at Meraki, we pride ourselves in wellness care. We believe in being proactive in regards to our health, taking care of our nervous system which controls all. We encourage our patients to be active participants in their care, educating and empowering them to make decisions in regards to all aspects of health. We are here to help you become a healthier self!

Our office provides quality chiropractic care with a range of techniques individualized for each patient's needs. We specialize in pregnancy and wellness care but serve our entire community!

OUR TEAM

Dr. V graduated from Troy Area High School in 2013. There she was an active participant in local sports playing soccer, basketball, and running track. After graduation she pursued a pre-med degree at Misericordia University before realizing her heart didn't lie in medicine, but in something else that she didn't quite know just yet. She transferred to King's College where she received her Bachelors in Exercise Physiology and fell in love with Chiropractic in the meantime. Through chiropractic, Dr. Vanessa realized the power of the human body and its ability to self heal when given the opportunity. She pursued her Doctorate in Chiropractic at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, Florida where she graduated in March of 2021.  

Dr. V utilizes techniques such as Diversified, Gonstead, Activator and Thompson. She has completed the Webster Certification to treat pregnant moms and is a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association.    

Dr. Vanessa is trained and certified in a specific technique designed for pregnant women, called the Webster Technique. The goal of this technique is to improve mom’s nervous system function, balance the bones, muscles and ligaments of the pelvis which in turn can help keep mom and baby comfortable throughout pregnancy. Side effects may include less back pain, easier movement, and more comfort during pregnancy. Specific chiropractic care may also optimize baby’s positioning closer to birth, allowing for an easier, smoother birth experience.
